A little catch up.........

**Warning this post is very long and lots of pictures!**

I am going to try an catch up on everything that you have missed in the past month.

Lets see.... Where should I begin?

I guess where I last left off would be a good place to start.

Remember the beautiful couple from this post? Well, they held the wedding in a little sanctuary in the mountains. It's actually her father's property and I cannot even begin to tell you how amazing this place is! He has taken several old, abandon homes and refinished them. They are all on one piece of property and they all share the most amazing forest of trees, swinging bridges, gazebos, two zip lines, bouncing spring swings, a Joey, and pathways from gazebo to gazebo.

It is the coolest place. My kids were in heaven!

Here are a couple of the lovely pictures.

The leaves have been falling like crazy too! My yard has been covered in leaves several times over. The kids absolutely love this time of year.

Here are a couple of the Fall pictures I have been promising.

I also have them listed in my other Etsy shop.

Speaking of Etsy shops.............. I have totally stocked my shop with lots of yummy items for the holidays. Here are a few.........

And the girls from Trendy Textiles have been having a game of Mistletoe Marathon. Stop by and check it . It lasts for a couple more weeks!

Well, I think that is enough for one catch up post.

Completions, beginnings, and a game of tag.....

Completions..............

I have just finished up the last of a huge order of my famous Incognito Wallets which will be sold at several Boutique Shows this fall!

IncognitoWallets2

So what to do now with all this time on my hands.............. not to worry, I have a stack of to do's left. Hubby just reminded me today that he is still patiently waiting for me to add some new music to his iPod oh and there is the ad graphics I promised my father in law, and on and on. Like I said, I won't be bored any time soon.

Beginnings................

I have made a promise to get started on those e-books I mentioned in an earlier post. I will be starting on that this week as well as listing some brand new Incognito Wallets. I've got a couple more new designs up my sleeve to be revealed very soon too.

A game of tag..............

Now for the game of tag...

Recently, Mary tagged me for the

Six Things About Me You May/May Not Know about me.....

1. I am a total Star Wars junkie. I haven't always been, but my husband has managed to get me hooked, which is a good thing, because all of my children are addicted too.

2. I am terrified of heights. Just imagining being on the peak of a mountain gives me a feeling of Hyperventilation coming on. What's worse? My husband loves to climb, so I try to overcome it occasionally.

3. I am also terrified of haunted houses. I know, I know. Stupid huh? One time my husband had to drag me out of the emergency door in a haunted house because I had hyperventilated so much that I passed out. (that wasn't the first time I passed out in a haunted house either) The people in there love it too, because they see that I am so freaked out that they prey on me and scare me until I can't handle it anymore. Stupid huh?

4. I once cried over a commercial

5. I hate exercising

6. I love reading Stephen King. I know after reading # 3 you are wondering where the connection failed. I think the touching and grabbing in the haunted house is actually what scares me more than the horror, because I love a good scary book or movie.

Now I think I will tag two of my sweet sweet friends, Kristen and Jordon

A new addition for the mommies........

After several requests for a pocketbook to match the Incognito Wallets, I was able to create this amazing wallet that features: Credit Card Slots, Checkbook Pocket, Change Pouch with Zipper, and Bill Pockets and the best part is that you can get it to match your purse and your Incognito Wallet!

I just listed it on Etsy

LimeDahliaMoneyWallet4

More new things in the works and I'm still trying to decide which e-book I should do first.

Do you have a preference? Leave me a comment and tell me what you what you would like me to write an e-book on.

A sigh of relief.........

The kids are heading back to school tomorrow and that means that I will be down to 2 at home for a few hours a day. My 4 year old will be starting pre-school this year, so I hope that will help the two little ones bond more.

There are so many things I have needed to blog about, but unfortunately my blogging time always seemed to get filled with some other seemingly important event. So I will give you a quick rundown of the events over the past month and cram it all into one post.

We had a lucky winner on the MommaSassy blog. I hope she is loving her new hairflower.

You can also find one like this in my Etsy shop!

I have recently gotten out from under a wonderful load of brand new Incognito Wallets, which I made for a wonderful customer to offer in a boutique show this fall!

Many of these little wallets were made from the amazing Farmers Market fabric from Sandi Henderson. In fact, Sandi featured one of them on her blog recently.

Thanks Sandi:)

Ok, I think that's all for a day or so. I've got to get back to making those fun little Incognito Wallets. I will post more on the show when it gets close.

Technical Difficulties

I am trying out the Windows Live Writer program for blog publishing, but am having problems configuring it and uploading pictures. So if you see crazy things happening on this blog, at least you know I'm still here:)
I will post as soon as I get this thing figured out!

I'm still here.....

Merry Christmas, Happy New Year and nope, I haven't dropped of the face of the earth. Just blogland for a while. I had a wonderful holiday season and had planned to post some pictures of my family as they thouroughly enjoyed their holidays, but it seems that every time I would try to post, something would happen and prevent me from posting. I'm sorry.

For those of you who may still be around, I hope to get in here and post more often than the past couple months. And I will bombard you now with some pictures to get caught up.

For the whole month of December our town hosts a festival of lights. This is one of the floats that were on display in the park.

We've gotten a bunch of snow this year already. Snowbarding and sledding have been fun. Many of the days in December, the streets were so covered with snow that you could pull the sled around on the street.

Between the snow and the wind one day, it created some really fun drifts. I have had a lot of fun with my camera this season. This is the first winter I have really played with photography and I am having so much fun.

In fact, I have started listing a bunch of my photos for sale online. Click here if you would like to visit my gallery. Today is the last day for free shipping! Just enter code STYLE2008 on all orders over $15.00.

I have a bunch of things in my Etsy store and some great listings on Ebay. Some of my Ebay listings starting at 99 cents with no reserve!
This little set is inspired by the 7&co's
"Box of Chocolates" launch. Click here to see all of the auctions.
I know that some of links on this blog are dead now and need to be updated. I will try doing this today too and giving this blog a facelift.
Thanks for your patients.

The Pitter Patter

of little feet again. It seems like yesterday when my first child was learning to walk and here I am five kids later still brought to tears when I see my baby take her first steps.
It's actually been a couple months since she took her first step and it was so adorable in a bittersweet way. It's always cute to see them grow up, but the next stage is always harder than the previous. I don't push my children now, I just try to enjoy each moment, because tomorrow may be worse.
Which brings me to the reason, or shall I say reasons for my blog absence. Kids 1 and 2 have so much homework after school that I think most days I am back in school. Who's the student here? I distinctly remember doing my time in school and gladly left that behind, but now it haunts me through my children.
Kids 3 and 4 fight constantly and kid 4 uses a blood curling scream as her defense mechanism when kid 3 is bullying her for the pen or notebook, which is the constant battle here.
Then there is kid 5.... She went from taking her first step to running through the house like a tornado ripping things out of place, eating everything in sight, ripping papers to bits, and demanding I spend every waking moment focused on her.
I do know this too will pass and soon I will have so much time to blog, you will be sick of me. So until then, stick with me and I will try to post as often as I can.

Bloggity Blog Blog.....

After much discussion lately about blogs, I have been very inspired to revamp mine. I started my blog last year, but haven't made it a priority to keep up. Over the past couple of months I have been thinking of doing something with it. Thanks to a couple of very inspiring friends .... Well, here I am!
